Our Troubleshooting Manuals are designed on the actual systems at your facility. First, all the systems you choose to be customized are redrawn from the original prints. Shop prints are fine for certain applications but aren't really designed for troubleshooting. The troubleshooting schematics produced show the machine in various stages of operation, integrating the electrical control with the hydraulic flow.

A commentary is written describing the characteristics, operation and troubleshooting of each component. All this information is compiled into a textbook that the student gets to keep as reference material for future troubleshooting purposes.​
